Once again excellent service from my favourite Truck hire company. May I put in a a request for that most professional, most competent most delightful young lady at the desk at Miami. I very much doubt that she would ever complain about any thing, but I picked up a truck on the 17th December and it was one of the hottest and most humid days I’ve experienced. She was working cheerfully in very difficult conditions. Any chance of of giving her some airconditioning in one of those rooms? She really is one of your company’s greatest assets!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Car was lovely and clean and ran very well, very good on fuel. Even easier at the end, just dropped vehicle, quick inspection, then I was free to go.
