Mechanical Breakdown Support
All Andys’s Auto Rentals vehicles are covered by 24 hour not a fault mechanical breakdown support. If you need assistance, please contact our office on 07 3806 3493 for guidance. Please note a call out fee of $159 may apply if the situation is deemed your responsibility.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Roadside Assistance is an optional cover that can be purchased for an additional daily fee. This option will cover you for non-mechanical issues where assistance is needed but the call out fee is waived if this option is purchased.
The following items will be covered:
- Call-out fees for non-mechanical issues where the customer is at fault
- Assistance with vehicle lock-outs and key retrieval
- Jump-starts for flat batteries
- Ran out of fuel, up to $10 for fuel delivery to you
- Tyre-related incidents, including tyre changes (excluding tyre costs unless Tyre and Windscreen Protection is purchased, or your waiver includes tyre damage)
- Towing expenses up to 20km or to the nearest rental location within 20km
For each roadside assistance callout due to human error, a callout fee of $159 will be charged unless you have added Roadside Assistance as an optional extra to your rental.
